Using OwnParkCity

OwnParkCity provides real estate information and inquiry services through Cameron Boyd, affiliated with VUE Christie’s International Real Estate. These Terms govern use of the OwnParkCity website and its informational and property-inquiry features. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Cameron Boyd in connection with OwnParkCity inquiries. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Review our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to submit a service request.

Real estate services

Brokerage services are provided through VUE Christie’s International Real Estate. Viewing a listing, submitting an inquiry, or contacting Cameron Boyd does not by itself establish an agency, fiduciary, or client relationship, make or accept an offer, or reserve a property. Representation and any real estate transaction require separate documentation as applicable.

Property information and independent verification

Property information comes from sources considered reliable but can contain mistakes or omissions. Prices and availability may change, and properties may sell or be withdrawn without notice. Neither Christie’s International Real Estate nor its affiliates guarantees the accuracy of this information. Please obtain independent verification with your own advisors.

Listing status, measurements, boundaries, maps, amenities, community descriptions, and other information may be incomplete or out of date. Maps are for general orientation, not surveys or a determination of property rights. Listings shown through IDX may be listed by other brokerages. Required listing-source and MLS notices displayed with the data remain applicable. The website is not an appraisal, inspection, title report, or legal, tax, or financial advice.

Permitted use

Use the website and listing information for your personal, legitimate real estate interests. Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or discriminatory content, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or scrape, harvest, sell, or republish listing or personal data without authorization. Respect copyright, trademark, MLS, and other rights and notices.

Information you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize us, the brokerage, and supporting service providers to host, process, and transmit it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide related services, maintain records, and protect the service. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to submit it. Do not include sensitive financial documents or credentials in general inquiry forms.

Communications

Agreement to these Terms is separate from permission to receive marketing communications. A submitted inquiry permits a response to that request; any separate contact consent governs additional communications you authorize. Browsing the website or accepting these Terms is not consent to marketing text messages. You may ask to stop marketing contact using the details below.

External and connected services

Property-search and other features may be provided by third parties and may have additional terms. Links to Home Browser, Loop, and other websites do not make those services part of these Terms. Review the terms and privacy notices presented by each service. We do not guarantee third-party availability or accuracy.

Availability and limitations

The website and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, property availability, financing, transaction completion, or a particular result. We may update, suspend, or restrict features for operational, security, or legal reasons. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date and provide additional notice or obtain renewed acceptance where required. Utah law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Separate signed brokerage or transaction agreements govern the matters they cover. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
